The Electronic Daily Flying Record module within the Flight-Sheets generates a number of reports on a daily basis. These reports can also be printed as required.

Daily Flight Sheet

Automatically sent to the Dispatcher when a Daily Flight Record is closed, the Daily Flight Sheet is a PDF file, meant to serve as a permanent record of the days flights.

A Dispatcher logged into the Flight and Instructor Booking System can request copies of this report as required.

Daily Flight Report

Like the Daily Flight Sheets, the Daily Flight Report is also automatically sent to the Dispatcher when a Daily Flight Record is closed. This report is a spreadsheet version of the Daily Flight Sheet, and is designed to be used as required in your daily operations.

A Dispatcher logged into the Flight and Instructor Booking System can request copies of this report as required.

Flight Summary Report

The Flight Summary Report is the third report automatically generated when a Daily Flight Record is closed. This spreadsheet contains a summary of the days flying activity, totalled by aircraft, suitable for entry into the Journey Log.

Like the other reports, a Dispatcher logged into the Flight and Instructor Booking System can request copies of this report as required.
