What This Privacy Policy Covers

Information Collection and Use

When you register to use the On-Line Reservation System, we ask for your name, membership number, email address, postal code, and phone numbers. Once you register with the On-Line Reservation System and sign in to the service, you are not anonymous to us.

Flight-Sheets.com also automatically receives and records information on our server logs from you when you book aircraft and/or instructors (including when you place yourself on standby for those aircraft or instructors), and when you cancel or change those bookings.

Flight-Sheets.com uses information for two general purposes: to fulfill your booking requests, and to contact you about changes and enhancements to the system.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

Flight-Sheets.com will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to anyone.

Flight-Sheets.com will only send personally identifiable information about you to other companies or people when:

• We have your consent to share the information;
• We need to share your information to provide the booking service you have requested;
• We need to send the information to companies who work on behalf of Flight-Sheets.com to provide the service to you (for example, the developer of the on-line reservation system). Unless we tell you differently, these companies do not have any right to use the personally identifiable information we provide to them beyond what is necessary to assist us;
• We respond to subpoenas, court orders or legal process; or
• We find that your actions violate our usage guidelines for the on-line reservation system.

Cookies

The On-Line Reservation System may set and access its own cookies on your computer for the purposes of session control (i.e., to remember who you are while you are logged into the system). Also, a random cookie is created if you use the 'remember me' function - this cookie is destroyed and recreated each time you visit the site.

The site will continue to function if you turn off cookies. However, the 'remember me' function will not work.

Your Ability to Edit and Delete Your Account Information and Preferences

The On-Line Reservation System gives you the ability to edit your own account information at any time.
